Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Email our customer support team at sales@fillerfantasystore.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Ship the Item: Pack your item securely and include the RMA number. Ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Processing Your Refund:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at sales@fillerfantasystore.com with details and photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Non-Returnable Products:

Gift cards
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
